Is the back of the circuit board of part # STL43RBX exposed or is it sealed?

The back of LED tail light # STL43RBX is exposed but the circuitry and diodes are sealed to prevent water from getting in and shorting out the light. This light uses a plug such as # A47PB so what you would want to do is use some dielectric grease # LT37534 on the pins before plugging it into the light. The grease will repel moisture and help prevent corrosion.
