Can the Edge EZ Module Be Turned Off

Question:
I see the the little toggle switch has 3 positions.. 1, 2, and 3.... My question is there a 4th position to turn it off?

I spoke to my contact at Edge Technical about a way to turn the Edge EZ Module # EP30204 off. My contact said that you will need to unplug the module in order to take the vehicle back to stock. There is not a 4th position on the switch.
