Question:
I currently have a tandem axel trailer 3500lbs per axel with 13 inch tires. This trailer currently does not have a brake system and looking to retrofit. Do you have a product that can help me do this Thank you for your help

We have a FAQ article that covers everything you will need to add hydraulic drum brakes to your trailer. I have linked it for you. There are essentially 5 to 6 components you will need. First, the spindles need to have brake mounting flanges on them. To add flanges, they have to be welded on by a qualified professional that has performed this job before. It takes a special jig to weld the flanges on correctly. I have linked our flanges for you.
Welding on flanges will negate the need for different spindles.
Next you will need the correct hub and drum assemblies. To determine the correct assemblies to use, I would need to know the inner and outer bearing numbers used on the trailer. With those numbers I can tell you all the options for you. Once we know what hub and drum assemblies you can use we can determine the brake assemblies you will need.
Then you will need a hydraulic actuator for drum brakes. There are several options available for different capacity trailers and frame types. I have included a link to the various options for you to view.
And last you will need a brake line kit. We have kit # 9579-2.
