Will DeeZee Ladder Rack Work with 2013 Dodge Ram Pickup with Spray on Bedliner

Hello I have a 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 8foot bed with Line x bed liner installed and ordered a set of ladder racks and they didnt fit properly ? Does it matter if it has a liner?

According to my DeeZee contact, Dodge Rams with a drop in bedliner may have to be trimmed, drilled or cut for proper installation of the DeeZee ladder rack # DZ95053. With a spray in liner you shouldn't have a problem unless the liner is very thick, in which case you may have to grind down the liner a little for proper installation.
