If your women's style bike has a slanted top bar, it will likely work on the Thule OutWay # TH65JV without an adapter bar. If your bike is a step-though style and does not have a upper crossbar for the frame clamp to attach to, you will want to use a bike adapter bar.
I personally like the Rhino-Rack Bike Frame Adapter Bar # RRRBCA021 because of its push-to-operate tabs and budget friendly price. I have attached a review video of this adapter for you.
