Good morning, I would like to know if Model number, 1946-V Pewag Glacier v- trac Cable tire chains will fit on tire size 195/65/15. Thank you for your time.

The Glacier V-Trac Cable Snow Tire Chains (DISCONTINUED) PW1946V are designed to fit a range of tire sizes but they do not fit 195/65/15 tires. The correct cable-type chain for your tire size is part # PW1030 which is shown in the linked PAGE. All chains suitable for your tire size are shown on the linked page.
Tire chains vary a lot in how easy they are to install and remove. Chains that are harder to install tend not to be used and they'll do you no good in your trunk. If you truly expect to use the chains, and not just carry them just-in-case, then I suggest you consider the option of upgraded models that include automatic tensioning, such as Konig's # TH04115080. These will be much easier to install and will work better than cable types.
It is always a good idea to first check your vehicle owner's manual for any guidance regarding tire chain use.
