Can Truxedo Truxport Tonneaus be Used On Trucks with Bed Rail Caps

Question:
My truck has a bed liner that wraps over the top of the front of the bed. Do I have to do any thing special? It actually does not set down solid on the frame but has about 1/4inch inch between it and the frame. I have installed a tailgate lift torsion bar I bought from you. Will it interfere with the tailgate seal kit?

I checked with Truxedo and the Truxport like part # TX281101 is compatible with trucks that have bed rail caps like your 2003 Chevy Silverado.
This tonneau would not interfere with the # 74211 either.
