Adapter Recommendation for Converting 2 inch Hitch to 1-1/4 inch for Bike Rack

Question:
I have a GRABER hitch-hiker 3-Bike receiving mount hitch rack. Model 1079Q3. It is a 1 1/4inch we have a 2inch Hitch. Is there an adapter to safely make this work?

For an adapter to convert your 2 inch hitch to a 1-1/4 inch hitch the part # HT02 would work great.
