Will the D15405 fit a Saturn Outlook 2007 XE AWD?

Yes, you can install Derale oil cooler # D15405 on your 2007 Saturn Outlook. It should use the 2-3/4 inch o-ring and 13/16"-16 fitting. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you.
