how much h.p. gain can I expect using regular gas?

Superchips estimates that when using programmer # SU1845 with your 2003 Ford F-150 4.6 liter you can see up to 20 additional horsepower and 28 feet pounds of torque. Gas motors can get some gains when using programmers but not like the huge gains seen in diesel trucks.
