We offer electric brake assemblies that measure 12-1/4 x 4 inches and 12-1/4 x 5 inches, but do not have any that measure 12-1/4 x 4-1/2.
For 10,000 lb axles and for a 12-1/4 inch x 4 inch I recommend part # BP04-335 for the right hand and part # BP04-325 for the left hand.
For 12,000 lb axles if you need the 12-1/4 inch x 5 inch brake shoes I recommend part # BP04-370 for the right hand and part # BP04-360 for the left hand.
