Need to purchase 2 replacement hooks for Model XCS these are not the same as on your XC2 they have a straight shaft. Could not find in your replacement parts offering. Thanks

The replacement hooks we offer that will work with your Swagman Traveler Bike Carrier, part # S64664 is part # P186.
There is a quantity of 2 hooks in the package. If you need to replace only one of the hooks you would need part # P166. My contact at Swagman verified these will work for your bike carrier.
