On your 3/4 ton military trailer the weight capacity should not be a problem with this Pintle Hook, you would just need to measure where you are going to mount this to see if it will fit.
The Pintle Hook, Bolt-On, 10K, # C48205, can be bolted to a reinforced bumper or a pintle hitch mount. The mounting holes on the pintle hook are 3-1/2 inches wide from center to center and 1-3/4 inches up/down from center to center. The mounting hole diameter is 9/16 inches.
If you are going to attach the pintle hook to a trailer hitch with a 2 inch receiver then you can use the Draw-Tite Pintle Hook Mount, 7-1/2 inches Tall, 12K, # 63057, this mount allows you to attach the pintle hook to it and then insert into a 2 inch receiver opening.
