Recommended Wiring Harness and Installation for 2008 Toyota Sienna with Tow Package

Question:
My wife has an 08 Sienna with factory tow package. Due to having low ground clearance the wires got scraped on the road. We recently hitched her vehicle to a trailer and the running lights dont come on. The brake and turn lights work when operated but again the running lights dont come on. The harness on her Sienna goes a rubber grommet on the underside. Will this wiring set fit into this grommet?

Sounds like your factory wiring harness was damaged and you are looking to replace it with a new wiring harness. TowReady T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118304 is the correct wiring harness for your 2008 Toyota Sienna. Take a look at the installation video that I have included which shows the installation of # 118304. The 4 pole connector is designed to hang out the bottom of your back cargo door. I can't say whether the harness will fit through the grommet on the underside of your Sienna, but grommets are designed to be cut and enlarged so it is very possible that it will.
