I would like something like the Thule Canyon XT # TH859XT for my Audi Q5. Will it work with the factory crossbars?

The Thule Canyon XT # TH859XT fits your OEM crossbars on your 2015 Audi Q5 as long as the crossbars do not exceed 3-1/8" wide x 1" tall. Also, you need to make sure that your crossbar spread can be adjusted between 20" - 37". I recommend measuring your crossbar setup to make sure that your roof rack fits within these parameters. To add security to the basket, I recommend using the one-key locks # TH450400.
For load straps to secure your cargo during transport, the Load Straps # TH523 work great.
