will these clips work to hold down a cargo bag on a 2012 honda fit base ? Is there a better way?

If you have a naked roof on your 2012 Honda Fit (meaning no roof rack), the clips part # RL100600 that you referenced would be the best way to secure a Rightline Cargo bag like the part # RL100A20.
Otherwise the includes straps with the bag would attach to a roof rack fine without them.
