Are these wheels polished and clear coated or are they painted silver?

The wheels in trailer tire and wheel combo # AM32001HWTB are aluminum so they are neither painted nor clear coated but they are polished.

The wheel itself is # AM22323HWTB. I have linked a video on the wheel only to give you a better idea of its features.
