Availability of Wesbar 102640 Capsule Trailer Lights Assemblies

Question:
one year with new etrailer lights and there junk, wesbar 006554-tw made in taiwan the rubber band has the same issue as the set from year before, they leak 1st set never leaked webar 102640 permetly sealed. Had to buy new frames garage kept hitting trailer I would like to know if you have wesbar 102640 lights? that are permetly sealed. Had two sets of rubber band type seals that leak. Thank you

The newer version of the light you referenced would be the part # 403026 for the left hand side and part # 403076 for the right hand side. If you current light is sealed there would be no way to replace the inner capsule.
