Your Dodge Ram dually truck should have a hitch with plenty of tongue weight capacity, but you might still check to make sure the hitch is rated to carry the weight of your generator.
To make loading the generator easier (if it has wheels), you could use a cargo carrier with a ramp like the part # FHG77ZR. This carrier has a 500 lb capacity so it should handle the weight of your generator easily.
If you would prefer one without a ramp the Pro Series Carrier part # 63153 would also work as it has a 500 lb capacity as well.
For straps to secure the generator you may also want the part # IMF103745-86.
