Question:
i Have 6,000 lb leaf spring 6 lug tandem axle,,, just double checking this kit should work,,,, next question,,, can i pick up from Wentzville MO location? 9/16 bolts?? how thick are the shackles ,,i have broken original ones

The Dexter Heavy-Duty Tandem-Axle Trailer Suspension Kit # K71-449-00 that you referenced is designed for tandem axles with a 35 inch axle spacing and springs that are 1-3/4 inches in width. If that is what you have this setup would work great.
I went out into our warehouse to measure the thickness of the shackles and they are right a 1/2 inch. You would have a hard time breaking these.
