I want to know if I purchase a bag luggage carrier for my 2001 Honda Odyssey van with sliding doors on both side, will it fit?

You can use a Rightline Sport 3 XL Rooftop Cargo Bag # RL100S30 on the naked roof of a vehicle with sliding doors. All you would need is the car clips like part # RL100600 that you referenced.
