Question:
What is the thickness of the Diamond Tread Plate? 0.063 is kinda thin and 0.072 is better quality when it comes to strength if this should have the miss fortunes of being pried open with a crowbar. Is the diamond tread plate clear coated Are there cylinder key options? This lock appears it would be easily drilled out.

I spoke with my contact at DeeZee and she said the diamond tread plate of the DeeZee Specialty Series Trailer Tongue Toolbox # DZ91717, is clear coated and measures .056. The toolbox comes with a cylinder key lock, but does not offer other locking options.
