How much do these steps weight, I would be removing them while on the road? My attachment point on my Four Wheel Camper is 38inch from the ground, would this be the proper step? Thanks.

Expert Reply:
The TorkLift GlowStep RV Scissor Steps # TLA7505 have a shipping weight of 30-lbs, so their actual weight will be right around 27-lbs. When extended the step's mounting bracket will be 42-inches above ground so this should work well with your mounting point that is 38-inches from the ground. When the steps are collapsed in for travel they will extend down from the mounting surface approximately 12 to 13-inches. The steps themselves are 20-inches wide, not including the scissor brackets on each side.
An optional handrail # TLA7621 is also available for use with the steps as is a pin lock # TLA7509.
