You can use the numbers you find on your tire to find the correct size cover. I have attached a couple helpful articles that you can check out.
One article actually has a chart that has the overall diameter listed. For example, if your tire is a 205/75-14, like part # TTWA14RWS, the overall diameter is 26.14 inches. A cover like the one you referenced, part # 052963762402 would work well for that size.
