Hi: I was wondering, for the 5500 professional series Olympian grill, am I also able to use small propane bottles the screw on type? Do I need an adapter? Thx,

Sounds like you would like to be able to use the Camco Olympian 5500 Stainless Steel RV Propane Grill # CAM57305 with a disposable propane tank that uses the screw on style fittings.
All you would need to do that is the part # CAM57629 and adapter # CAM59213.
