My current tube on the trailer does not have a hole for the pin, just two set screws. Do i need the pin or just go with the current set screws?

When using the Bulldog BX1 Gooseneck Coupler Inner Tube, # BD1289050300, with your outer tube, you will not need to use the pin, just the two current sets screws will do.
