I am wondering if this cover will still work if your toolbox is on a backrack?

If your truck is a 2004-2014 Ford F-150 with an 8 foot bed and your toolbox is 20-21 inches in width the part # 834532004829 that you referenced would work well for you regardless of if it is mounted at the front or the rear of your truck bed.
