i have a 2007 grand cherokee diesel with a 2inch spacer lift. can i instal Air helper springs or will the lift have to come out ?

The air bag helper springs available for the 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee do not have spacers that will work with them but you can use Timbren springs # TJRC04 by using some spacers, # A25723-90AH00. This is a single 1 inch spacer so you would have to use 4 of them total since you have a 2 inch lift.
The use of spacers would only be needed if the lift on your Jeep makes the frame further from the axle (suspension lift). If it has just made the body higher up from the frame then spacers would not be needed.
