Question:
I have a v6 4.0l tundra I recently put on a magnaflow muffler with a dump exhaust I like the deep sound at low speeds but at high speeds it sounds weak and not as good as the stock muffler it sounds more like a car If I get a exhaust tailpipe and exhaust tip put on will it help in anyway or will it be the same?

Sounds like the cut out you installed on your 2007 Toyota Tundra with a V6 makes the exhaust pretty loud when accelerating, but once you hit cruising speed the sound level drops off quite a bit.
Although it may seem like it's quieter than the stock exhaust I can assure that it is louder. There is no way the stock exhaust would be quieter at idle but then be louder than the cut out at highway speeds. The only way to increase the volume of your exhaust at this point would be to install a set of headers on the truck if they are available. Adding a tailpipe to the cut out would not make it any louder.
