Camco Automatic Changeover Propane Regulator Not Switching Tanks
Updated 03/16/2015 | Published 03/13/2015 >
Question:
I purchased a Camco Automatic Changeover 2-Stage Propane Regulator for Dual Propane Tanks CAM59005 last fall. It now does not automatically switch between tanks when one is empty. Do you know what might causes this or if this is a common issue? Thank you

Expert Reply:
I spoke with my Camco rep, and was told that the tanks should automatically switch, but the indicator knob on top of the regulator will not switch itself.
So, If your first tank has been emptied, and the second one is full but no gas is flowing, the regulator is faulty and would need to be replaced.
