Wire Colors Used to Install the Pop and Lock Tailgate Lock part # PAL8250 in a 2012 Ford F-150

Question:
On a 2012 Ford F-150 super crew 4wd Lariat, I want the gate lock to open with the passenger door function. Which wires in the passenger rocker tunnel do I use?The wires at the door post appear to be gray w/black stripe for lock, and purple w/ gray stripe for unlock. Im testing on the door connector at the B pillar

When we installed the Pop and Lock Tailgate Lock part # PAL8250 in a 2012 Ford F-150 just like yours we found that the green wire with a brown stripe carried the lock voltage and the blue wire with a green stripe is for unlocking. For more info check out the video I attached at the 5:00 mark.
