Where do I find the #04928 on my Swift Hitch Backup Camera to make sure Im getting the right product.

I spoke with my contact over at Swift Hitch and he said that the AC to DC adapter # PP01 is compatible with all Swift Hitch camera models. So as long as you have a Swift Hitch camera system this adapter will work!
