Will the HitchMate TruckStep Fit a 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500

Question:

I am interested in the HitchMate Truck Step, part number HE4045. From the dimensions provided it appears that this part will fit my 2004 Silverado 2500 extended cab. Just wanted to double check and ask if you are aware of any returns/complaints involving the suitability of this step for my truck. Thanks.

We haven't had anyone complain about the hitch step # HE4045 not fitting, especially since we added the measurements you mentioned. We have test fit this step on a small Ford ranger and it fit just fine so on a full size 3/4 ton Chevy there should be even more available space.

I have included some pictures with relevant measurement and a video review of the step for you.
