Question:
The pin holes in part # 13581 are so close to bar that I have a hard time finding anti-rattle pin with head small enough to fit. Can you recommend an anti-rattle pin that would fit? Thanks! I have 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander GT and part # 13581 was bought from you and is currently installed on my car.

Expert Reply:
An anti-rattle hitch lock that uses a regular hex-head bolt should fit your Curt trailer hitch # 13581. Take a look at # SR25219. The head will be approximately 3/4 inches wide so measuring from the center of the hitch pin that would be 3/8 of an inch. If you have 3/8 of an inch from the center of the pin hole to the bar on your hitch then this lock would work.
Another option is to use a regular hitch lock such as # C23519 and a stand-alone anti-rattle device like # BX88224.
