Question:
I have Venture 7500 aluminum trailer with 26foot Cruiser. Based on Tie Down design it should be located somewhere easy to reach. Cross member of my trailer with a connector located about 1 ft dip under the transom. It would be difficult to reach and wrench it. The only other place I can imagine to connect it, will be end of aluminum trailer itself. But I am not sure it is good idea to bolt it to directly to aluminum. Is there any extensions some kind of, which I connect to cross member and extend for 1 ft?

You could bolt the BoatBuckle G2 Retractable, Ratcheting Transom Tie-Downs # IMF08893 to the aluminum trailer frame provided you used aluminum mounting hardware instead of steel. The only other way, like you said, would be to add an extension piece to make it easier to reach the tie down. There isn't a specific extension for this purpose so you would need to fabricate one using materials from a home improvement store.
If you add an extension you will want to be careful not to over-tighten the strap because it would create a lot of torque on the extension piece
