We have suspension enhancement products that are confirmed to fit your 1998 Toyota Tacoma, but they all require that the suspension of the vehicle be in good working order. Suspension enhancement isn't designed to support weak or damaged components.
The best product for you would be new rear springs based on what you described. We don't carry replacement springs.
Once you replace your current springs that have problems I attached a link for you to check out that has all of the enhancement options we carry for your vehicle.
