Can you order and attach the front cab overhanging rack rail ?

The TracRac TracOne Rack part # TH27000XT-EX that you referenced can't have the over the cab extension installed on it. I checked with TracRac to confirm this.
The only way to install that style of rack on your vehicle would be to replace what you have with the # TH43003XT-000EX if you have an 8 foot bed, part # TH43002XT-508EX if you have a 5-1/2 foot bed.
