We offer several 4-pole trailer wiring harnesses that provide stop, turn and tail light signals for a 2013 Honda Civic. The harness that is correct for your particular vehicle depends on the version.

The part you referenced, Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56051, is a correct fit for the 2-door coupe. For a 4-door non-Si sedan, which is what you indicated you have, the correct wiring harnesses available are Curt # C56011 and TowReady # 118420.

Both will install in the same manner - by plugging in to your vehicle wiring at the taillights - and both are covered by a 1-year limited warranty. The main difference between them is that the Curt offers a slightly higher current capacity - 3 amps per stop/turn circuit - versus the 2.1-amp rating of the TowReady. If you know the current requirements for the lights on the trailer you will be towing you can decide if one harness is a better choice than the other. If not, either one will give you the lighting signals you need.

I suggest an application of dielectric grease on all connectors - including the 4-pole - to help prevent moisture and dirt from interfering with your lighting signals. You can use # LT37534.
