Actually Putco has a lifetime warranty for the Putco Push-Up Tie-Downs # P99901 that protects their stainless steel and aluminum products against defects in workmanship and material for as
long as you own your vehicle.
I would recommend you contact who you bought these from or Putco and have them warranty your current set. For more information on the warranty check out the installation instructions link I attached. The warranty is explained at the bottom of the page.
