Will the blower rack work for the Stihl BR380 and BR420? Also will it work for a trailer with tube siding instead of angle iron?

Your Stihl BR380 blower should be fine but the BR420 will need an adapter to fit, # RA-STIHL420. The Rack'em Lockable Blower Rack # RA-19 can be installed on a trailer with tube or boxed frames since it just bolts onto the trailer. Depending on the thickness of the tube stock you may find that you will need longer hardware which you can get from any hardware store.
