For a rim to fit your 16x7.50-8 tire you will want a 8 inch diameter wheel that is 5-3/8 inch wide like the part # AM20016 for if you have a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern or # AM20011 for if you have a 4 on 4 inch bolt pattern.
