99 F250 Super Duty- I want to use something like Part #:HM40975 but need a wiring harness like Part #:118243 that will plug in without splicing wires. Dont see a part that fits my needs...

It sounds like your 1999 Ford F-250 has a factory 4-way and you are looking to upgrade it to a 7-way plus a 4-way and you want to do this as simply as possible.
The easiest way to do this would be to get the # 118243 as well as the # HM40975, use the harness and fuses relays from the # 118243, and then use the connector of the # HM40975.
