will this part fit into my factory wiring behind the bumper .I want to install a bar light under the tail gate .

Yes, the # HM11141835 that you referenced has been confirmed to fit your 2012 Toyota Tundra and would install in the connectors you have found behind the bumper.
Or, if you have a factory 7-way and you want to keep it functional and have an additional 4-way for the light bar you could use the # 118384 instead. This will plug inline with your 7-way and will provide you with an additional 4-way for the light bar.
