Can the Erickson Industrial-Grade Truck/Trailer Tarp # EM57051 handle Highway Speeds

Erickson Industrial-Grade Truck/Trailer Tarp, 14 x 14 Weave - 12foot x 24foot EM57051. is this product meant ot withstand running up and down the highway on a trailer? I currently run 18oz heavy duty vinyl but i dont know how to compare that to s 14x14 weave.
