Does this fit 07 dodge ram 1500? or is there a similar product with the KEYED ALIKE manual option with the power?

I have an option for your, but the part # PAL8540 that you referenced is not confirmed to fit your 2007 Dodge Ram 1500. The closest thing we offer to that would be the Pop and Lock Tailgate Lock part # PAL8340. This will operate with the key FOB you currently have for you truck to lock and unlock the tailgate.
