The Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 31198 is the correct front mount hitch for your 2014 Toyota Tundra, for a winch mounting plate you would want the # C31010. The hitch is rated for 9,000 lbs.
For an entry level 9,500 lb winch I would recommend the Superwinch Tiger Shark Series Off-Road Winch # SW1595200.
For a much quicker winch that will feed the wire cable in almost twice as fast I would recommend the Superwinch Talon Series Off-Road Winch # SW1695200.
