I have a 2010 3011 windjammer. the jack lifts to a point and stops and starts clicking. Is there some type of clutch adjustment?

If the Electric A-Frame Tongue Jack # JET-3555 is lifting to it's maximum travel distance of 18 inches then the jack is working fine and you just have too tall of a setup for this jack to work ideally for. Putting down a FloTool Jack Stand part # FT11933MI would take up some of this room.
If it's stopping short then there is an internal problem. If internal components were to fail, replacement of the jack is the only option.
