I located an online copy of the owner's manual for the 2014 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel and checked the section regarding flat towing. On page 617 of this online manual there is a warning that the 2-wheel-drive version cannot be flat towed because damage to the drivetrain will result; the 2WD model also cannot be dolly towed with the front wheels off the ground, only with the rear wheels off the ground.
4-wheel-drive models can be flat towed if the manual shift and electronic shift transfer cases both are in neutral.
Since I do not know which version you have I suggest you check your owner's manual (or with your dealership) to confirm if your truck can be flat towed.
