Will the titan 3269 fit on a 445/65r/ 22 tire ?

I believe you meant to type your tire size as 445/65R22.5, which if so then the # TC3261CAM would be the correct size chains for you to get. Even if you did have 22 inch rims these chains would work as well.
You will want the tensioners part # TCSA3.
You will need to consult the owners manual of the vehicle you plan to install the chains on to determine if chains are recommended.
