I have a 07 dodge ram 2500 4x4 5.9 Cummins deisel. How much more oil do I need to add if any? An will this kit fit it?

Your 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 with 5.9 liter Cummins diesel should use a 22 x 1.5 oil filter thread size and the remote oil cooler # D15450 does come with that size sleeve nut, among others. So yes, you can use it on your truck.
The amount of additional oil depends on how much hose you use to install the cooler. You will want to check the oil level after installation to determine how much more oil is needed. Because the amount of hose used varies there isn't a set amount of extra oil you would have to use. It changes on a case by case basis.
